1 Introduction and Applicability

jeta7 is an online gaming and betting platform operated for Bengali-speaking users in Bangladesh. These terms and conditions ("Terms") apply to the use of the jeta7 website and its associated mobile applications.

At the time of registration you must provide accurate and up-to-date personal information — name, date of birth, mobile number, and email address. An account opened with false information may be closed at any time and the balance of that account will be cancelled.

2.3 Account Security

It is your responsibility to keep your login credentials — username and password — confidential. If you suspect unauthorised access to your account, notify jeta7 support immediately. jeta7 will not be held responsible for any loss resulting from use of your account by a third party.

3 Age Verification and Identity

The minimum age to participate on the jeta7 platform is 21 years. At the time of registration you are declaring that you are at least 21 years old. jeta7 may at any time request a national ID card or other documents to verify your age and identity.

Withdrawal requests may be delayed until verification is complete. If anyone under the age of 21 creates an account, that account will be cancelled and all accumulated balances will be forfeited.

4 Deposits and Withdrawals

4.1 Deposits

The minimum deposit amount on jeta7 is ৳200. Accepted payment methods: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, and Upay. No processing fee is charged on deposits; however, the terms of your own mobile wallet service may apply.

4.2 Withdrawals

The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳1,000. Approved withdrawal methods: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, and Upay. Payment is generally processed within 30 minutes to 3 hours. However, identity verification or other administrative reasons may cause some additional delay.

4.3 Third-Party Payments Prohibited

Deposits or withdrawals may not be made using another person's account other than a payment method registered in your own name. Violating this rule may result in the transaction being cancelled and the account being temporarily suspended.

5 Bonuses and Promotions

5.1 Welcome Bonus

The jeta7 welcome bonus is a 200% bonus on your first deposit, up to ৳10,000. Before withdrawing the bonus, a wagering requirement of 25 times the bonus amount must be met. For example: on a ৳1,000 deposit the bonus will be ৳2,000 and the wagering requirement will be ৳2,000 × 25 = ৳50,000.

5.2 Other Promotions

jeta7 offers various promotional offers from time to time, such as the weekly deposit festival, slot adventure rewards, weekend cricket bonanza, and friend referral rewards. Each promotion has its own wagering conditions and validity period, which are stated on the promotions page.

5.3 General Bonus Terms

• A promotion may be claimed only once per user within the specified period.
• Bonus funds cannot be withdrawn directly; they become withdrawable only after the specified wagering conditions are met.
• Only one bonus can be active at a time.
• jeta7 reserves the right to withdraw or modify any bonus for reasonable cause.
• Any attempt to earn bonuses through fraudulent means will result in the bonus being cancelled and the account being closed.

6 Gaming Rules

In the event of a technical fault — such as a disconnection or software failure — jeta7's decision will be considered final.

7 Prohibited Activities

• Attempting to access another user's account or misappropriate their funds.
• Money laundering or using funds obtained from illegal sources on the platform.
• Any attempt to disrupt jeta7's systems or network.

If such activities are detected, the relevant account will be closed immediately and the relevant authorities will be notified if necessary.

8 Account Suspension and Closure

8.1 At jeta7's Discretion

jeta7 may temporarily suspend or permanently close any account for the following reasons: violation of these Terms, fraudulent activity, failure to complete identity verification, or legal reasons. The balance associated with a suspended account will not be accessible during the suspension.

8.2 At the User's Request

You may close your account at any time. To do so, contact jeta7 support. Please withdraw your balance before closing your account — once the account is closed, claiming any remaining balance may be difficult.
